Help for the Pellerin family after two devastating losses
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
As many of you know, the Pellerin family from New Iberia, Louisiana, has faced an unimaginable year. Stacy Pellerin, a devoted wife and loving mother was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer in December 2022. She fought bravely, undergoing chemotherapy while continuing to be the light for her family and others, but sadly, Stacy lost her battle on July 4, 2024.
Just one day after losing her mother, Stacy’s youngest daughter Kensie turned 13. Tragically, on November 21, 2024, Kensie passed away unexpectedly. Kensie and her mother shared a close bond, and her sudden loss has left her father Brock and her two older sisters, Saige and Addy, in shock and indescribable grief.
This year has brought both emotional and financial devastation to the Pellerin family. Stacy and Brock were both self-employed, and the financial strain of cancer treatments, countless doctor visits, time away from work, and funeral expenses has been overwhelming. Brock was just beginning to find a routine again when this second tragedy struck. With Kensie’s unexpected passing, the family now faces additional medical expenses.
The Pellerin's also desperately need time to grieve without the weight of financial burdens. If you feel moved to help, any donation, no matter the size, would mean the world to them. Every dollar will go toward helping Brock and the girls through this heartbreaking time.
If you can’t donate, sharing this post is just as impactful. Your support can bring much-needed relief to a family enduring the unthinkable.
For those who prefer to donate outside of GoFundMe to avoid fees, donations can also be sent via Venmo to @jill-lanclos, who is collecting funds for the family at this time.
Burying a spouse is unbearable. Burying a child is unimaginable. Burying both within four months is beyond comprehension. Please join us in lifting up the Pellerin family through your prayers, support, and generosity.
Thank you all for your kindness during this difficult time.
