Support for the Nametz Family

On Friday, April 27, Patty and Greg Nametz were walking their dog, Zeke (photo below), when they were struck by a driver who lost control of his vehicle.  Greg passed away at the scene and the collision left Patty severely injured.  Zeke was not injured in the accident.  Although Patty sustained injuries to nearly every organ in her body, she has made huge strides and her strength of spirit has certainly remained intact.  Throughout this tragedy, the Nametz's daughter, Emma, has been incredibly strong.

The Nametz family has been overwhelmed with the outpouring of love, care, and concern by the Madison community and beyond, even for their four-legged furry companion.  They hope that this tragedy will be remembered and that no other family will have to experience this.  Any support you can provide the Nametz family during this difficult time would be greatly appreciated by Patty and Emma.

These funds are being raised for any additional medical, therapy, and home accommodation expenses for Patty, a memorial to honor/celebrate Greg's life, and dog training for Zeke so that he will be a great comfort to Patty on her road to recovery.  Thank you in advance!
