Help For The Mfubu Guys !
Covid-19 has been a tough time for so many people all over the world and whilst we are fortunate to be surrounded by the Beauty of Africa, we have been hit financially by the shutdown of all borders, demolishing Mfubu Lodge’s income overnight. While many countries are starting to get back to some sort of “Normal”, we are expecting that our Pandemic Nightmare will continue to affect us until the end of the year. Resulting in no International visitors and no income.
Those of you that have visited or know of us, know that Mfubu is as much about Enock and Michael as it is anything else – it simply wouldn’t be the same without them !
Enock’s extensive knowledge and experience of the wildlife ensures we never miss an opportunity to learn and observe the animals activities around us. Always eager to point out animals and their tracks and show our guests as much as possible.
Michael’s smile and willingness to please, ensures everything remains safe and sound around the lodge. His passion for pleasing and working hard means you often have to tell him to take a break !
Enock’s loyalty extends to 10 years and Michael 20 years at Mfubu Lodge and both are such valued members of the Mfubu Family, I simply could not imagine life without them. I have continued to keep both Enock and Michael employed since the start of Lockdown, but it will be impossible to continue for the rest of the year without any income. So, I am asking for YOUR HELP so that both of the guys can continue to support their families and remain in employment until we reach the light at the end of the tunnel.
If you can help in any way, all donations will go directly to Michael and Enock to provide them with their full salary. I know how grateful Enock and Michael will be for all your help.
