As most of you probably know Carlos Maes has had a major heart attack and is currently fighting for his life in the ICU. Alex isn’t working at this time to be with him 24/7 and bills, including steep medical bills, will soon start to pile up. Also we are trying to keep the fam fed and comfortable during this time.

I’m Katie, I’m Alex’s best friend and one of Carlos’ many many close friends. Alex and I were talking yesterday and he’s important to so many people, because he made it a point to be a good friend to so many people. He’s so good at keeping in touch and reaching out, even if it’s just a text that says ‘you good?’
