Help for the Kottenstette Family

Why we need your help

Over the past several years, we have been dealing with some behavioral concerns with our 13-year-old daughter. We sought out help from medical professionals and at this point their advice is that she would best benefit from a residency program. These are very expensive, and we are not able to pay for this on our own, so we are reaching out to friends and family. We would be willing to talk in greater detail in private due to our desire to protect our family from sharing details publicly.

The program that we have researched and believe to be best for her is the Kansas City Girl’s Academy (http://teenchallengekc.com/ ). She is already accepted there, and we have heard many people say wonderful things about this organization and the positive impact that it has had with these types of problems. The goal of $65,000 would cover the startup expenses (school, admissions, uniform, etc.), as well as the 15 months of tuition needed to do this.   The school year is beginning and we would like to get her there as soon as possible.

This decision was not made lightly. We covet your prayers and greatly appreciate any donations to get us closer to this goal.
