In May of 1999, Tom Caputo married my sister Cathy.  His two young daughters were absolutely adorable in their little white dresses as they walked down the aisle before my sister, and a beautiful family glowed in front of us all.  From the very beginning, it was easy to see how much love they shared. 
Years went by, and their family grew.  A son and a daughter were born.  Then a granddaughter.  Then a grandson.  
Active in church and community, Tom and Cathy built their family on a foundation of love and faith.  It wasn't always easy, but it was always possible, because they had that strong foundation and they had each other. 
On Monday, January 28th, Tom passed away suddenly.  
The family relied on Tom as the primary breadwinner.  With two children still living at home and Cathy only recently rejoining the workforce part-time, they are now faced with the challenge of trying to make their way financially while staggering to cope with the tremendous loss of a loving father and husband.  
I am starting this campaign to try and assist with the cost of Tom's funeral and burial, as well as the medical bills associated with his passing.  Donations will go directly to Cathy.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
