Help Delgado Fam Adapt to Life with DMD

My precious 7 year old nephew, Nino, has recently been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. This has been a devastating diagnosis as there is no cure and the road ahead will be a difficult one. My Sister and family will have lots of unexpected costs/needs in the form of medical bills, needed modifications to their home, and a new wheelchair friendly vehicle at the very least.
Their yearly deductible for his medical insurance is $5,000 and that alone will be a stretch for them to cover.
I would also LOVE to see them be able to take a family trip to Disney World before Nino becomes wheelchair bound. They have 2 other sons (Gabriel, 9 and Oliver, 2) that they will be walking through this difficult journey.
