Hi, my name is Sarah, and I am starting this fundraiser to help raise funds for my best friend Mandy, her husband Joe & their family.

In October of 2021, Joe was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and fought hard and won when he finished his 6 months of chemo in April of 2022. Joe then went a year with clean scans until May of this year. His doctor did not notify him of the growth until September and it is now more involved. His course of treatment will be 9 weeks of very high dose chemo with in-patient stays, followed by a bone marrow transplant. After treatment starts, Joe will be out of work for about 4 months total. Between that and the high cost of treatments we are hoping to help with bills including medical; during this extremely difficult time.

Alongwith jointly raising five incredible children, Mandy and Joe are incredible individuals. They would both give the shirt off of their backs to you during the freezing cold to ensure you are warm. Let’s do what we can to help these amazing people during what will serve to be one of the most trying times in their life.
