Paula, Ernesto and their beautiful daughters need our help!
Ernesto has been hospitalized for a month now after being diagnosed with Covid-19. For more than three weeks, he was sedated and could only breathe with the help of a ventilator.
He is making progress now, he is fighting this as hard as he can, but he has a long road ahead that will include moving to a rehab center and intensive physical therapy.
Paula was ill as well and is recovering at home, but she cannot work at this time.
The Schirmers have been an integral part of the East Valley family and the East Cobb community with their volunteering and their assistance for other families in need. It's our turn to shower them with our love and support.
