Hi, I am fundraising for the Barr family after the tragic loss of Shawn at the age of 46 on August 6, 2021 due to head and neck cancer. His diagnosis came less than a year ago and he fought valiantly. He endured multiple rounds of chemo, radiation , several major surgeries and weeks at time spent in the hospital overnight. He is now home and pain free with Jesus but has left behind his wife, Misty, daughters, Haley, Brianna and Makenna and his son, Trenton. Shawn spent the last 23 years of his career serving the Lewisville ISD. The four kids all have dreams to attend higher education in fields that serve others. Unfortunately the fight against cancer comes at a steep financial cost and that is why I am asking for your help. Shawn's death was sudden and his family has many living expenses to cover as well as final expenses for Shawn. Any amount of donation is much appreciated to help relieve theses financial burdens and to help the kids reach their goals of attending college.
