Help for Tauna

I've been checking in on Tauna because I know that it can take a while to receive a life insurance payment.  Well, here it is October 3rd, and they just were told that they could process the payment, so it will still be a while before she receives anything. She's been selling items and budgeting, but with their main income source gone, there is only so much she could do. If you can help in any way, she would appreciate it.
