Help me make this terminal disease a little easier

Friends and family,

It is with great reluctance and a humbled heart that I am creating this Go Fund Me.

For those that don’t know I was diagnosed with a very rare disease affecting 1 in 1,000,000 people. Sadly it is a terminal disease. The treatments known are just to control symptoms. I am on the max doses of all medications now. I have tried and failed all other known treatments. 

A stem cell transplant was my last resort, however, insurance is refusing to pay for it. With donations already received I have paid off some medical bills, purchased a transfer chair to get to medical appointments, etc. I have just learned that there is a chemotherapy called Cyclophosphamide that may help. There is no guarantee. This disease has no cure and it’s basically just finding a bandaid to cover another bandaid. 

Asking for help is the last thing I want to do, but having some kind of quality of life and being able to enjoy my grandchildren is all I want to do. 

Please find it in your heart to help me!!!! For those that have and have done so more than once I cannot say thank you enough. I was evaluated for an electric wheelchair Thursday, which I more than qualify for, but insurance does not cover a hitch for it to be attached to a vehicle with. 

My income on disability is only about $1100 a month. If it weren’t for family, I’d be homeless. Again, please help me if you can. If not, it takes 10 seconds at most to share. Thank you!
