Hi, my name is Susan and my husband Tim and I are asking for help to raise funds for this beautiful family that just lost their Dad/Husband and main support system to cancer on 6/18/2021. To say this family is devastated is an understatement. Stephanie has worked for Byrd’s Contracting for several years now and is part of our family, her loss is our loss.  Stach was an amazing father and husband that dedicated his life to his family and fought valiantly to the end. Stach was diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and from that day on he told his girls that he will fight, and that he did. No matter what was thrown at him he made sure his girls, Karen, wife of 40 years and unable to get around due to degenerative disc disease, Jessica who is wheelchair bound due spastic diplegia cerebral palsy, Stephanie, who struggles with diabetes and chronic cluster migraines, his biggest fan and side kick who helps take care of the family along with him and his mom Alma, 99 years young, had what they needed. Now that Stach is gone Stephanie is struggling to figure out how to transport her mom and sister, The family had a large truck through Stach's work that helped transport the girls with their wheelchairs but now must be returned. We are trying to raise funds to purchase a handicapped vehicle that will help Steph get her mom and sister in and out without out having to lift them along with  anything else that they may need. This family has opened their hearts and home to many, even when they were struggling through this thing called life. They are loving people who even through their own issues were always happy, loving and caring to those around them, now it’s time to help them.
