I am starting this GoFundMe 4 my sister in law Rhonda, and her family, to cover expenses while she is at her daughter, Shelby's, bed side in ICU in California. Shelby has developed acute liver failure at 26.  Rhonda had to take an emergency flight from Arkansas to California to be by Shelby. Money has been a concern as her husband was laid off due to the covid pandemic. Shelby's prognosis is unknown but hopeful. Any donation will help with Motel, travel, and food.
