Help for Shawn Reilly house flood

Great friend of mine has lost a lot from the flood last week. Estimated damages are 60k and his insurance is covering 15k. Shawn has taken time off work to try and do a lot of the repairs himself to keep costs down. He has had a lot of out of pocket expenses already. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.
