Help for Sebastian's Funeral Expenses
Donation protected
Hi Everyone,
My name is Juanita Andrade. I'm the sister of Sebastian Andrade who passed away Tuesday, September 21st at the young age of 26 years old. He battled with NUT Carcinoma cancer for about two years. NUT Carcinoma is a rare and highly aggressive form of cancer. He underwent a surgery, participated in a medical trial and had countless chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
Throughout this entire painful process, Sebastian remained hopeful, positive and full of love for his family and friends. He meant the world to my parents, sister and I, we loved and still love him an infinite amount. He was a kind, intelligent, charming, curious and genuine human being. He lit up every room with his smile, goofiness, and constant jokes. He was the best brother a sister could have, a genius weirdo nerd that always looked out for us and loved us with all his heart. My family and anyone who was lucky enough to meet him is feeling his absence and mourning but keeping his memory alive. COVID has been a difficult time for everyone, put on top of that a cancer diagnosis in the family. My family's time, money and attention shifted completely to Sebastian and his needs for these last two years. Our savings are dwindling.
We want a cremation and funeral service for Sebastian, the total of that is $2,200. My parents want to travel to Colombia to be with family and spread his ashes in the ocean of his birth city. Air-fare for both of them costs $800. That total is $3,000.
Please consider donating any small amount of money. Even $1-$5 is helpful and it all adds up. We completely understand if people are not able to donate. In that case, we would really appreciate people sharing it among their families and circles of friends.
Please consider donating to help honor Sebastian's memory.
