Help for Sara's medical costs

Sara had a bad accident yesterday,  falling and breaking her femur completely and driving part of it up into her pelvis.  She been through an ambulance trip,  hospitalization,  surgery,  and has recovery still ahead. As you all know,  the medical costs for all of that are prohibitive... this is a strong,  resilient single mother supporting four children on her own,  and her income and resources are tied up in them! Let's show her that her 'village' has got her back and help support her as a group... help make this one thing easier for her as she recovers,  by helping cover her medical expenses!
