Help Novi Pazar-Sandzak survive COVID-19 nightmare

We, Azra & Elma Skrijelj are raising funds to help our hometown Novi Pazar and the Sandzak region while they are going through a massive Corona -crisis! The whole region has been hit severely by COVID-19 and they were never equipped to handle this situation. This region has 250.000 inhabitants with only two hospitals. Politicians continuously lied about the numbers of infected people and infected areas just so they can organise national elections midst an ongoing pandemic. Now that they got their votes, they are nowhere to be found or are blaming others. 98% of the hospital personnel is infected! There is 1 doctor left who is not infected and she is exhausted. They are begging for help as most of them continue to work to save others, but they need urgent help themselves! This city has shown their humanity by helping others whenever needed even though they don't have much themselves.
All funds will be completely transferred to Selma Hasic Manic & Nerma Zekic Hocanin, who are doing amazing things for our region. These ladies, check out their Instagram pages, work very transparently, showing everything they are buying with the received funds. They ask the local hospitals, doctors for lists with the needed equipment, medicine, etc and buy everything themselves.
They have the trust of many donators and fundraiser and definitely ours. They know the region and can divide the funds where needed.
This is happening, people are donating money to help people, Serbia or the politicians have not done anything to help. They still lie about the situation, while young people are dying! This is the youngest city in Europe, we are not only losing elderly people now but young ( previously healthy ) people are dying every day!
Every use of the funds will be reported on their instagram pages. They are our local heroes, together with the doctors, medical and volunteering teams.
This city has the biggest heart when it comes to helping others, always willing to give even tho they don't have much, now they need help themselves. Let's be human and help! ❤️
