Sandra Fraser has boldly struggled with at first Breast Cancer, and finally Terminal Bone Cancer. Her treatments were hard on her and those close to her. Sandra thought of the Powell River community as her own family, so we thought it respectful to give the same community a way to say thank you Sandy...!!
