Hi, my name is Nuno Goncalves , one of the closest Baron's family friend .

Paulo was a truck driver, happy, funny and always ready to help until almost 2 years ago when he was diagnosed with a multiforme glioblastoma , since then Paulo has been submitted to a few brain surgeries and his health has deteriorated very quickly.

Ivani, Paulo's wife, always has been on his side , hospital stays, doc appointments, daily living....

Paulo stop work since then, and they have been living of their savings and superannuation funds, now there's not much left and they had the worst update from doctors.... Nothing else can be done !

I am here asking for your support, no matter how big or how small, every cent counts. The money will be used for relief the pressure on bills, daily living, hospital trips, and Paulo's final goodbye
