Help for Papa (Grandpa).
On Wednesday, December 16, our beloved dad or papa (as his grandkids like to call him) was trimming a hedge when the ladder he was standing on gave out from under his feet. He fell from approximately 15 feet high and was rushed to the emergency room. He spent three days in the hospital and underwent a CT scan and an MRI which helped doctors determined that the pain he was feeling was due to a cervical fracture he had suffered.
Today, a once energetic, joyful and hardworking man has been released to go home to his elderly wife but continues to feel radiating pain from the neck down to his arms.
With this injury and the coronavirus pandemic papa can no longer continue to work as a gardener, a job that he has loved to do for many years and income is scarce. We ask for your prayers and support to pay for medical bills, and physical therapy as he has limited mobility due to his injury.
GOD Bless you for your help. At 73 years-old we anticipate Papa’s recovery to be slow and costly. Thank you.
