Hi, my name is Ruth, a teacher and a COVID survivor. I am
currently based in the US with my own family. Late last year
COVID entered our home, my entire family of 5. It was not an easy battle but God is good--we all got healed.

Unfortunately, my family in the Philippines got the virus as well.

Early April, my mom, dad and brother were all infected by COVID 19. My brother, Joselito, was the one who got infected first. He got it from work and unfortunately gave to our parents. 

Sadly, my brother joined our creator last April 23rd. It was a very
quick progression. We were not all prepared. 

My father is now in critical condition and we're recently informed that his organs have failed. My father and mother are both in the
same hospital, side by side. My mother already has given up saying that my father is already gone. 

My two remaining brothers and I, while still grieving the sudden
death of our brother, are now also faced with the mounting
hospital bills of our parents. Even before our parents got COVID, my father was initially hospitalized for a mild stroke while our
mother was treated for her sudden insulin drop and spine surgery. All these things have happened in a span of about a month.  We
were able to  manage the bills as a family and with the help of
those who are near us, but the bills brought about by the current
hospitalization is now putting so much strain on each of us.  

Today, we humbly ask for your prayers and assistance and will
greatly appreciate any help that you can extend to us. It will also
be great if you can share the link.
