Hello, my name is Sebastian Johnson. My mother Yolonca Johnson suddenly passed away two days ago. Last went she went in for foot surgery, developed a blood clot, and this caused her untimely death.

She had an insurance policy, but unfortunately she passed before it could fully mature. My family and I are completely devastated by her loss.
