Help for our Molly ♥️

Our daughter Molly is currently in the Covid critical care unit at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle.

She has tested positive for Covid (she was vaccinated in March). She also has necrotizing fasciitis in her right arm (bicep) causing sepsis.

She had surgery to remove dead tissue up to the muscle on the day of her admittance to the ICU on Wednesday September 29th.

She went into the OR last night (9/30) to remove more bad tissue. She is still fighting this hard. She is on antibiotics, pain, and blood pressure meds. She is back on the ventilator and sedated.

As of 10/1 she has been transferred to Harborview Medical Center O.R. for more thorough care through the weekend. She is also going in for more surgery on the infected site and to make sure that it has not spread.

 

Donations will go towards medical bills, supplies, and medicine for future care. We want to take some of the financial burden off Molly and her fiancée, Gracie. Molly’s dad, Randy Scudder is the current beneficiary of this fundraiser and has access to transfer the money directly to Molly.
