Barbershop owner lost everything in a fire

Hey friends,

Some of you know me as The Little Barber. I’m sharing some really devastating news that my former business partner and pal, Big Barber D lost his shop, Bootleg Barbers in a tragic fire. It was located inside the historic Dayton Boots on Hastings st, that sadly burnt down due to a fire next door in the wee hours of April 23rd.

He, along with many other independent business owners lost everything. This is his livelihood. He has been a barber and shop owner for 13 years in Vancouver, a city we all know is very expensive to not only live in, but also operate a business.

Big Barber needs to replace all of his tools, barber chairs, furnishings, signage and art.

Having to start this over will cost thousands and insurance won’t cover a lot of this, and will likely take a very long time. He needs to continue working to eat, and keep his business alive.
