Please help me save OJ’s leg

UPDATE: The bleeding was coming from his spleen. It is under control now and so is the infection. He goes back to the vet tomorrow for more blood work. If the anemia is at a level that is safe for surgery they will proceed and if not he will get a blood transfusion overnight and have surgery on Monday. It has been so much work taking care of him…especially now that his puppy brain wants to play but doesn’t understand why mom won’t let him get up…but his love, kisses, and smile have made it worth every exhausting emotional moment! I know most people would have given up but he is such a fighter and happy that I can’t let money stop me. 

UPDATE: I am raising the goal because they have a surgical plan to fix his pelvis but he has anemia and now needs a CT to find where the bleeding is coming from and come up with a plan to get it solved before he can have the orthopedic surgery. I am so blessed to all that have donated so I am sorry to ask for more help but with the extra care needed he could live a long happy life! I will try to post pictures of him this morning. He looks so happy and full of life if he could just get up!

UPDATE: there were several fractures found on his pelvis including the right hip. Options are surgery to repair which is very expensive or to try letting it heal and possibly end up having to amputate. 

Hello I’m sure many of you have seen the rescue today of OJ the Rottweiler as many of you helped get him home to me. He is safe at the vet hospital in ICU but still very critical condition. He is very dehydrated, severe infection, huge open wounds, can't bare weight on his back right leg and will possibly need surgery to repair it if possible. They aren't sure but it's possible he was hit or the infection got so bad he just couldn't go any further. He was found in a ditch behind a church by his guardian angels and my heroes. His bills are already in the thousands and will continue to grow with after care and the possibility of surgery. I don’t normally ask for help when it comes to money but they have already told me this could get to be a large amount. So I’m asking for him because he is only 10 months old and deserves to have a long happy life! If donating to a gofundme makes you nervous he is at the Neel veterinary hospital and they will take payments towards his bill by phone. And if you can’t help financially then please keep him in your prayers. ❤️
