Hi all

many of you will know me, some won't. So I'll start with introductions.

im Jake, I'm 33, and I share my life with my girlfriend Courtney and her beautiful daughter Ocean who is 4 years old,

Ocean is a brilliant, bright and playful girl who is loved by many, her father Ashley and his extended family, and of course ours.

Ocean was born with two very prominent skin tags on her face, and whilst young this hasn't been an issue.

she is now 4 years old, due to start reception later in the year, and becoming very aware of the differences on her face compared to children of a similar age.

with her moving into school for the first time in September and all the excitement that should bring, we as a family are extremely worried of the emotional damage her difference in appearance will cause her, she is full of light and we don't want that to dim.

she has now started pulling at her tags causing her pain and distress, which breaks our hearts

The NHS has refused to fund a procedure to remove her skin tags and as a result our only option is to try and find the money to pay for it.

We as a family just cannot afford it.

Asking for help doesn't come easy to me.

The cost of her operation is £2000

if anybody out there is able to help, we as a family would be eternally grateful.
