Help for Nolan Holden. Spinal injury in Madagascar

Nolan is a great 22 year old who was tragically injured in a water accident. While dodging waves he hit a sandbar with his head. This resulted in a broken neck. He has already undergone surgery in Madasgar to fuse his vertebrae together. That was done. He is slowly getting some leg and arm movement but his hands are lagging behind. The expenses related to just getting Nolan back in the US is gong to be tremendous. We are hoping to get him to Shepherd Center in Atlanta next week. The road ahead is unknown but with prayer and courage we anticipate a positive outcome. 
I am not used to asking for help but this is a very difficult situation and nothing that we could have been planned nor been prepared for.  Thank you dear friends, family and neighbors.

Update. Thank you everyone for your donations and prayers..both are needed and much appreciated. Nolan is still in Madagascar and paperwork is being drawn to arrange his transfer to Atlanta. I am beside myself with concern. Please make this a safe transfer and protect Nolan. I hope to add more photos that I have been sent from Tara in Madagascar. 

There isn't a lot to report on movement but he can move a couple of fingers. Any sign of healing is a blessing.
