Help for Noah Lane
Donation protected
On 12/12/20, 17 year old Noah Lane was involved in a serious accident that has left him in critical condition. After a diagnosis of a shattered spinal column as well as an injured trachea and esophagus, he was air lifted from OSF in Rockford Illinois to the American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. He has undergone several surgeries to repair his trachea and esophagus. So far the doctors have been unable to care for his spinal cord injury because in doing so, his airway would be compromised. It looks promising that he will survive this accident however his recovery will be take time and his chances of being able to walk again are slim. Noah has been living with his mother, Amber Hopper, Tom McGee, and sister 12 yr old Kyley. Noah is a senior at Sycamore high school. Amber and Tom have not left his bedside. As you can imagine, their expenses are innumerable. They are at a loss as to how to take on these added expenses. Their house is not set up for a disabled person, they have to have lodging near the hospital, traveling expenses etc. during a pandemic as well as caring for their critically injured son and young daughter. The hospital only allows Amber and Tom visiting hours. Because of the accident, Amber is unable to work and Tom is doing what he can to take on additional hours at Manley Ford dealership. Any help you can give financially as well as emotionally is greatly appreciated.
