My name is Adam Surzyn. I am starting this GoFundMe in support of my sister-in-law and her two sons so bills can be paid, hopefully alleviating additional stressors for them, so they can have time to grieve the painful loss that our family just experienced. These funds will help pay bills, put food on the table and allow for her to take time off work - all that someone should not have to worry about on top of losing a family member.

My brother, Nicholas Henry Surzyn passed away on March 1st, 2023 at 37 years of age. Nicholas leaves behind his wife, Shallene and his two young sons, Zepplin and Stezzlyn. Nicholas also leaves behind two older brothers, his mother and father, and a large number of cousins and extended family. We are at a loss for words and grieving the immense pain that comes with this loss.

Nicholas was bright and full of energy - he had an infectious smile and laughter that could light up an entire room. Nicholas loved his family and friends fiercely and did all he could to provide for them, please them, and make them proud. Nicholas loved spending time with his family - fishing, camping, and taking their boat out on Lake Powell.
