Help for my sister in mourning

    Hi my name is Barbara this is a hard thing to ask for but here I go. All my life my sister Linda has been there for anyone and everyone that needed her help, she gave till she had no more to give. Over the passed few years a chain of events has brought her to a place of need! 

    A few years back her husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor which they found after he was in a car accident! This is where everything started, he had the operation to remove the tumor.              Medical bills started piling up from there. 

    A year ago her husband was diagnosed with cancer in is Liver, they were optimistic they were going to beat it and went forth with the treatments. For months they tried the treatment only to find the cancer was now spreading to other areas his hip was noticed first it spread rapidly throughout most of his body. 

    Medical bills continue to come in. They came to a decision together to end the treatments as they were no longer helping him. That was a hard decision. Lee my brother in law was placed in Home Hospice about a month ago. 

    My sister Linda needed to have complete knee replacement while taking care of Lee. I went and helped for awhile after her surgery as I live in a different state then her. 

    The day I left her grandson was borrowing her car and had an accident totaling her car, no one was hurt. Her car was paid in full and because of the mounting medical bills and everything else she had going on she did not have collision on her car. The car is a total loss no insurance money!

     On 10/21/21 her husband lost his battle with cancer and passed away! 

    She is unemployed and waiting for SSI to kick in, she has mounting medical bills a mortgage and now is in need of a car. Any help we can give her would be most appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read her story!
