I am Jennifer June's Daughter. I am setting up this fundraiser to help my mom so she doesn't have to put any more stress on her. Help her pay her monthly bills & now medical bills that are already piling up. She was diagnosed with rectal cancer. Then to make it worse, biopsy came back as Stage 4 Rectal Cancer. She also has a few spots on her liver. There hope is to go directly to chemo to try to kill the small few spots. So she has to wait on the removal of the big Mass in her rectum.
I understand that everyone is having hard time right now. For those of you that know June. She would NEVER ask for help. She's the type of person who would help out anyone even if it were her last dollar. I'm not just saying this bc she is my mom. It's the truth. One of the most kindest person w a heart of gold.
She had to leave her job of 35yrs . She loved being a florist & hopes 1 day to be able to possibly work few hrs again.
She went in for a routine test for her age. The results were a huge shock to her bc she had NO symptoms at all. The Doctors tell us they believe she has had this for possibly 4yrs. Yet she's had plenty of routine test done, blood work, normal test that ppl get done every year. Yet not 1 sign something was wrong. Our family was just starting to feel normal since the passing of June's husband Bob(my
Father) I will be helping my mom to best I can. I have a 3yr old . But I took on 6 days a week. I want her to be as stress free as possible. But already bills piling up, medication price.
If anyone is able to help June Fight This Battle. Anything is great appreciate.
I want to get more involved w learning about cancer. We are learning as we go.
