Ongoing Help for my Heart Failure Journey

Hi, my name is Jeremy and I'm seeking emergency help with my bills and groceries after recently being diagnosed with heart failure.

I was admitted to hospital on Christmas Day 2024 with a very bad ecg. Further MRI testing showed my heart function to be

25%.

Due to this I've been unable to work since, and I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to return to work.

I am currently finding myself around 500 short every month on my utilities and groceries.

I'm currently about 800 dollars behind.

The stress of everything has me feeling overwhelmed and is making recovery slow.

I know I'm not the only one struggling and it's really hard for me to reach out for help. Any help is appreciated as the less I have to worry about. The better my recovery and outlook will hopefully be.
