Help for my Dad - Flood damage

My Dad (Ron Magill) and his girlfriend (Jaymie Gurden) had a flood in their apartment on Sunday from the heavy rainfall. The water got so high it was going out the windows and into the bathtub. Unfortunately, they do not have Renter's Insurance and the Landlord is not covered under his policy because he didn't have flood insurance added as an extra coverage.
Ron and Jaymie just moved back to Massachusetts last year September after being in California for 14 years. My Dad retired from his job last year and decided to move back 'home' to be closer to me, my brothers and his grandchildren. To save on moving expenses they sold all their big belongings and purchased new stuff when they got out here. All of their stuff is now ruined - living room furniture, desk, entertainment center, computer, bedroom furniture, clothing, shoes. Why some stuff is salvageable, I would like to raise money for them to help have their stuff professionally cleaned and/or just purchase new furniture.
