Help for Ms. Freeman

Debbie Freeman is a wonderful and dedicated IA in the HPISD 18+ program and often a counselor in the HEROES program. She is a single mom of seven children. One of her daughters, Najia, has disabilities. In December Najia was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The last week before break she had brain surgery to remove the tumor, and it has been determined that it is cancer. She will be undergoing radiation and chemo. Radiation is first and begins January 18 for 30 days. Being there for her daughter is a sacrifice we all as parents understand. Unfortunately, Debbie is now out of days and will be leave without pay while Najia is completing treatment. Let's show Ms. Freeman how much we appreciate her love and dedication to our children all these years. We are raising money to help her pay for bills and daily expenses while she is off for approximately two months.
