Hi, my name is Hanaleigh. As many of you know, my dad has changed many lives and helped many people. Now is our chance to help him. Jim Hazel is a loving dad of 3, who loves life and a loving, patient husband. August 7th, 2023, we found out my dad, Jim Hazel (75 years old), is now in stage 4 kidney failure. The prognosis is not very good. If any of you know my dad, you know dialysis is not an option. He would not have any quality of life. We found a clinic in Fort Oglethorpe, close to home, that offers stem cell injections. Each injection is $6500 and they believe my dad will need 2. These injection would help increase my dad's kidney function, prolong his life, and improve quality of life. Retirement income is not enough to afford these injections. However, this fund raiser is just for the first shot, which if he only gets one, it should still help. I know many people love my dad almost as much as I do.
