Help for Morgan and her family

Hello friends and family, I'm starting a fundraiser for Morgan Landre in hopes of getting financial help for her and her family. On December 9th Morgan suffered a severe asthma attack as she waited in the car for a friend who had run into the store. A passer-by saw her flailing and panicking as she searched for her inhaler and quickly called 911. Paramedics arrived and performed CPR. Due to her inability to breathe she had a panic attack and subsequent cardiac event. Medics worked on her for 15 minutes and were able to get her heart started and she was transported to Providence Everett. She has been in the ICU ever since and depending on the day it is good news, bad news. Her vitals have normalized but there is swelling in her brain that is concerning. She is being weaned off sedation and we are hopeful that with some rest she will begin to wake up.

As many of you know this is my late son Gavin's girlfriend. We lost Gavin on Sept 20th, just under three months ago. She is now in the same ICU that he was in and she is fighting for her life. When Gavin was in the hospital Morgan was such a comfort to me and we leaned on each other for support. Morgan is a very hard worker and has such a sweet spirit and was so kind and loving to my son. I know that he would want me to reach out to get as much help as possible for Morgan and her family. She will have a lot of medical bills and will need ongoing therapy. We have faith that through prayer and community outreach we can lessen the burden on her and her family. We are hoping and praying for miracles and would appreciate any donation big or small to help this sweet family.
