Help for Mom and Holly

Mom has been loosing money from ODSP because of Holly making money, of which holly is unable to make enough money to help and survive because of the care she gives to mom and appointments she has to take her to.  Would love to be able to help them play catch up on all the bills they haven't been able to pay because of the cut in funds.  Mom has been diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer and the last thing she should be worrying about is her finances, any little bit would be extremely helpful to both my mom and Holly, thank you All in advance for your help words can not explain how grateful we are.
