Help for Mickey Spain

Hello. We are asking for help to cover medical and travel expenses due to Mickey’s illness.  He has been out of work since July 2019 and was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and then with Stage III Colon Cancer in early December.  Surgery was successful, but not without some complications.  He had to have the abdomen opened and the repair of the colon leaked, resulting in an ostomy which has further complicated recovery. He has been treated once in hospital for dehydration, with some impact to kidney function.  Kidneys are now being monitored closely as we prepare to start intensive chemo early February.   He has had several trips for medical care and surgery, and the next four months will be chemo and additional surgery.  Any amount of help is truly and gratefully appreciated.
