Hi Everyone!
My name is Maddie Thompson, I am Anna's sister and Michael's number one fan. I am starting this fundraiser because of some news we recently received.
Thursday, January 28th Michael was admitted to the hospital. Later that day, we received the news that they found a tumor in his brain. Michael had brain surgery today and we are awaiting results from it for the tumor. This has been a complete nightmare of a situation and a utter shock to us all.
For those of you that don't know Michael personally, he is a absolute GEM. Michael lights up any room he walks in. He has this laughter that is so contagious and honestly very loud it might startle you. He has a fur baby named Darla that pretty much runs the house. He tells the best dad jokes ever. He can build just about anything he sets his mind to. He has the kindest soul I have ever seen in someone and most importantly he loves the Lord. Michael's journey is still unknown but we know we serve a Father with healing hands.
Right now we are asking for prayers mostly. We need all the love and support we can get! We know this path might be long and scary at times but with everyones love we will get through it. This page is going straight towards Michael's medical expenses and surgery costs. I don't want any more stress on my sister so having some guidance would take some of the weight off!
