A fellow sophomore Texas A&M Aggie, Mia Barone, has been in the hospital for two weeks battling Gullian-Barre Syndrome (GBS). GBS is a very uncommon disorder where the human immune system attacks the nerves. After complaining about tingling in her face she became completely paralyzed within a matter of days. The doctors say she is going to recover but very slowly. Also as you know with a medical emergency, hospital bills can be extremely expensive.
