Help for Medical bills and not being able to work

My name is Manuel and I’m fundraising for my brother Leighton, he is in the hospital due to his diabetes and other health reasons. Hes out of work due to an infection having to leave his job of 21 years because he had surgery and then now the infection came back. Forcing him to leave his new Job which he just got. Since he just started that job he has no sick time or benefits to help him stay afloat. I’m doing this GoFundMe because he is too humble to ask for help himself. He will and has given the shirt off his back to help others and keeps a smile on his face. I’m hoping he gets the help he needs from the people that know him. I was unaware that he was selling his valuables and other things just to not loose his property and that hit me deep.
