Help for Magnum’s Chemotherapy
Donation protected
Hey guys,
Our dog Magnum recently went through surgery to have mass cell tumor removed from his chest. Afterwards the doctors tested the tissue and are now recommending we give Magnum a total of 8 chemotherapy treatments, the first 4 will be once a week and the next 4 will be every other week.
The doctor said most dogs do very well with this treatment, and it’s to make sure there are no small amounts or areas of cancer that could be a problem for Magnum if left untreated.
We were given a price range of about ($600-$850) per treatment, and we’re already maxed out on a Care Credit Card that we will be fighting to get paid back before the interest kicks in on that account. The total cost for all this (testing, surgery, & chemotherapy) will end up being around $12,000 total but we feel we can handle things up to this point and could really use help with the upcoming chemotherapy treatment plan.
We know times are hard for everyone, but even the smallest amount would be really helpful so that we can make sure Magnum gets the treatments he needs to have a good healthy rest of his life.
