Help For Luz

Jesus turned and seeing her he said, "Take heart daughter. Your faith has made you well." And instantly the woman was made well.  Matthew 9:22. This is my mother and best friend, Luz, with my family. She is a dedicated wife of 32 years, mother of 3, and grandmother of 6 with one on the way. She is an RN and has devoted her life to caring for those around her.  Mom beat breast cancer only a short 3 years ago. However, we are devastated  to learn that she has recently been diagnosed with cancer in her lungs, multiple ribs, right pelvis, and entire spine. She is currently at MD Anderson undergoing aggressive cancer treatment, fighting for her life. Not only is this disease attacking her body, it is also attacking her entire way of life and that of her precious family. Mom is unable to work, and my father has not left her side. He has been out of work over 3 weeks now. His unwavering support is detrimental in my mom's recovery and healing process. Not only is he paying for living expenses to be with her at MD Anderson as she receives treatment, but now they are facing colossal medical bills.  Your generosity will be used to support this remarkable woman and our family through this fight against cancer. I hope to help my mom and dad spend as much time together as possible as he supports her in this fight. If we can aid my beautiful mother with financial relief, perhaps we can lighten this area of struggle and help her focus on healing. Thank you for your love and support.
