It is with great sadness that I share with you the death of my friend Luis Rafael Olivares. Luis brought light and love anywhere he went. The support he gave his loved ones was unconditional, he had the biggest heart of gold. 

On January 7, 2021 Luis tested positive for Covid. He spent over a week in the hospital before his unexpected passing on January 22, 2021. Luis leaves behind his younger sister Carmen who is disabled. Unfortunately Luis was her sole caregiver as both their parents passed away a couple of years ago. With Luis passing we want to make sure that Carmen is taken care of, all proceeds would help Carmen pay funeral expenses and for her to pay for her necessities. Carmen has also tested positive for Covid but is at home and taking medication. 

This photo is the last picture they took together on Carmens birthday. Carmen was the light of Luise's life and I know he would want her to be taken care of. 

After speaking with Carmen we decided to start this go fund me to help her with expenses.
