Hi, my name is Andrea Bradley, I am here on behalf of Lucian Bradley Jr. The owner and operator of Lucian's Heating and Air Conditioning. Unfortunately, he is currently at Shands in Gainesville on the ICU floor in a self induced coma fighting for his life due to Covid-19. To all that know him, knows that he is a fighter, he is strong, and very much a family man. He loves his business and he loves his family. He will put himself last to makes anyone he knows first and to make sure they don't go without. Which brings me here, asking for any donations to help him and his family. The donation will go towards his business needs as well as family needs, such as, food, hospital bills that are being incurred outside of insurance, household bills etc. His wife, my mother needs not to worry about whether we will have enough for the monthly bills and only about him and his wellbeing. At first, we didn't think that there would be problems but now we are realizing that he hadn't exactly planned on something like this taking place. Which leaves us throwing our hands up and humbling ourselves to put it out there, to let everyone know that we are needing a little help. He has been at the hospital since the beginning of August and just recently transferred to the ICU unit, in a self induced coma with a breathing tube. Which came to a surprise to us because he was getting better and even talk about sending him home with oxygen. That quickly changed.... COVID IS SERIOUS. IT'S NOT A JOKE. As of today, August 27th, they tried to start weening him off the meds and the machine but it didn't turn out so well because he was still sick with a fever and he has already been on oxygen for a little over two weeks now so his body isn't used to doing it on its own anymore.
