Help for Louciana’s recovery & care!

This beautiful 15 year old girl is Louciana, Lou Lou. She is currently fighting for her life after a severe car accident on June 4th, 2023. She has sustained several injuries, including multiple skull fractures to the head and face. Because of this her right side of her brain could be severely affected. Her left eye nerves have been severed and will most likely be blind in that eye. She broke her collar bone, ribs, and nose. Her lungs were popped and she has several other injuries. As days go on her family is notified of more. She is currently in a medically induced coma to allow her body to heal. She will face years of recovery and therapy. We have no further updates as this is a very recent accident.

She is a strong girl and her infectious laughter and genuine warmth made her a treasure to all who know her. I cannot begin to fathom the pain and anguish her mother and siblings are experiencing.

We are setting up this GoFundMe campaign to offer support during this challenging time. The funds raised will go towards covering her current and future medical expenses. To provide financial assistance for transportation to the hospital, food, and help with her younger siblings when her mom can’t be home.

In addition to what insurance can cover, the family has been advised to expect significant outside costs related to physical therapy, home modifications, and alternative therapies once we realize the severity of her deficits. These funds will help louciana’s long-term recovery and quality of life.
