Help for little Tina

Hi! My name is Tina and I'm a rescue dog from Texas that is being fostered in Halifax, NS. I'm a 3yr old, 10lb Chihuhua/Terrier mix of gentle sweetness and I came here to find my forever home. However, I'm in a lot of pain due to needing surgery on both my back legs, but unfortunately it will cost about $5000 per leg, and I don't have any money.

I have alot of years left to live and find love with a forever family, and my foster mom says I deserve a wonderful, pain free life of running in the grass and walking in the park.
