Little Pasliegh Melvin was just diagnosed with Thyroid cancer . She had surgery to remove her entire thyroid and some lymph nodes.  This is the beginning of Paslieghs fight and there are alot of unknowns right now. She a vibrant little 6 year old with a big smile.  Pasliegh has 3 older sisters. Her dad Matt is a Conway firefighter and Her mom Cassie is a stay at home mom.  
 With mounting medical bills on the horizon , your help would go to offset those not covered by insurance.  Pasliegh is a fighter and we are all praying for a quick and speedy recovery.
