Help for Hammang Family

Friends and Family,
The fires in California have been devastating for members of the Hammang family. The town of Paradise virtually burned to the ground. We are so very grateful that all members of our family survived. I have been in touch with Steve and he let me know that their worst fears have been confirmed. Steve and Cindy as well as Steve's son Jason and his wife Lisa have completely lost their homes and everything they owned has been destroyed.
Steve and Cindy were insured and are in the process of purchasing a home in Chico. Jason and Lisa Hammang are currently living with Steve's daughter Laurel and her husband Joel. According to Steve, they are undecided about future plans. Although Jason remains employed, Lisa is not. The business where she worked for 20 years is gone. We can't imagine how overwhelming the prospect of rebuilding their lives must be.
Latest news from Steve tells us that Paradise is inaccessible to the public which is enforced by a strong military presence. The nearest town, Chico, doubled in size overnight with 40,000 refugees. This a crisis of mammoth proportion. Steve would like everyone to know that they are thankful to be alive, that they are well and are moving on.
In this season when we all count our many blessings, I hope you will join us in sharing a monetary gift to support and lift this family up. Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
